Do I need a subscription?

No, all are courses are pay as you go. Simply find a course you’d like to do and purchase. 


What payment options are there?

You can pay via Debit / Credit Card or PayPal. 


I have purchased a course, how do I access it?

You will receive an email containing a link to your personal learning account where you can access your course. If you haven’t received this email within 30 minutes of purchase, please do check your junk/spam folder.

Please note for courses by The Aquarium Vet, Compassion Understood and CPC Cares the provider will contact you directly with the course access details.


How long do I have to complete my course?

All courses unless otherwise specified will be accessible for 12 months.


I would like to purchase courses for my staff, can I do this with Vetacademy?

Yes of course! When purchasing any module for a colleague please put their name and email address in the ‘Comments’ section at the checkout. Please contact us on vetacademy@vetstream.com if you wish to discuss the CPD/CE requirements of your practice.


Will I receive a certificate when I complete my course?

Yes, you will receive a personalised certificate on successful completion of the course.


What if I change my mind and wish to change my purchase?

Contact us at vetacademy@vetstream.com within 48 hours if you wish amend your order.
