Cause – accumulation of cellular debris within the pocket/sulcus of an inverted hemipenis.
Signs – swelling of hemipenal region; protruding amterail from hemipenis pocket/sulcus.
Diagnosis – visual.
Treatment – physical removal of plugs.
Prognosis – good.
